House / Villa - St palais sur mer

(Text automatically translated) In a quiet neighborhood at the end of a driveway, this home is ideally located between the city center of Royan and the ocean. Access to the town center of Vaux in less than 10 minutes walk across the beautiful city park with its ancient trees, we meet a lovely Romanesque church before arriving at the central square where a market was in stands daily. On the other side of the park, there is a tennis club in 10 minutes on foot. Ocean side, you can reach in 20 minutes on foot family beach and still quite wild Nauzan across the residential area of ??bernezac ending with street Crickets, country road with little traffic. The house is on the ground floor, practical and functional with a large living room of 40 m2.The interior of the house was completely renovated in summer 2009 in a gentle and relaxed holiday home decoration. The house is very nice including 2 large terraces, one at the front and one at the rear of 70 m2 completely private under a wooden pergola including an outdoor lounge in braided resin. The garden is enclosed and private.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.
