Located in Kairon Plage, 150m from the sea and 1.5km from the shops of Jullouville and Saint-Pair-sur-Mer, in a quiet location, this semi-detached house with a small garden is part of the "L'Etoile de Mer" residence. On the ground floor, there is a living room with access to the garden, a kitchenette (electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher), and a toilet.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm), a shower room with a washing machine, and a small garden with garden furniture and a barbecue.
