The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in Saint-Nic, this charming apartment at less than 5 minutes on foot of the beach, of a surface of 25 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. Located on the first floor, it consists of a nice living room of 15 m², an open kitchenette equipped, a bedroom, a bathroom with bath and washing machine and you can enjoy a terrace. We are waiting for you!

The apartment, facing North/West, is composed as follows
- A living room of 15 m² with TV, double sofa bed and dining area.
- An open kitchenette equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates, plancha...
- A bedroom with bunk beds (2 beds).
- A bathroom with bath and washing machine.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- A terrace of about 12 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Nic, in a very pleasant environment and close to the sea. You will be close to all essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Sightseeing : Visits of the Crozon peninsula and the Pointe du Raz, the typical village of Locronan (discovery of the village with its numerous galleries, its church, its small shops and its creperies), the authentic city of Douarnenez (discovery of the canneries, the port, the city center and the coastal paths), Quimper...
- Sporting activities : various nautical activities (sand yachting, towed buoy, kite surfing, paddles and kayaks rental, swimming...), hiking along the GR34 which runs along the Breton coast, cycling...
- Events : Festival du Menez Hom in Plomodiern; Festival du Bout du Monde in Crozon; Festival de Cornouailles in Quimper; International maritime festivals in Brest; Maritime festivals in Douarnenez...

- You can park directly on the numbered parking space (194), city type vehicle, not suitable for a 4x4.
- Nearest train station: Quimper located at approximately 40 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Brest located at approximately 48 minutes by car Nantes Atlantique located at approximately 2h55 by car.

Other remarks :
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site, subject to availability). The rates given are for information only, subject to change by our partner. 20€ per set of sheets and 5€/person for towels. In order to benefit from this service, please contact the concierge before your arrival.
- The cleaning at the end of your stay is to be done by you (or in supplement with our provider on the spot). Price : 55 €.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be requested.
