We propose you to rent, on the commune of Saint-Méloir-des-Ondes, this charming house with sea view, at less than one kilometre of the beach, of a surface of 100 m ² and being able to accomodate until 5 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 100 m², a fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 400 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A living room of 100 m² with TV
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Tassimo coffee machine...
- A separate toilet
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1 : 1 double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2 : 1 double bed (140x190) and 1 single bed
- A bathroom with shower and bath
- A separate toilet

Outside :
- A beautiful fenced garden of 400 m².
- A tiled terrace with garden furniture to enjoy the beautiful days
- A kennel

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, plancha, baby bed, high chair, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Méloir-des-Ondes, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Karting in Saint-Malo at 3 kilometres.
