This stunning, spacious modern architect-designed home features a 250 m² reception hall (which can be divided in two by a 4 m sliding glass wall) with an indoor pool. The reception area also opens onto a 175 m² terrace, giving you 425 m² for pool parties and celebrations.
The property is reserved for a single group (4 to 36 guests).
Location: 15 min north of Rennes, close to the Emerald Coast and its beaches, the medieval town of Dinan (20 min), Saint-Malo (35 min), Cancale (30 min), Mont Saint Michel (40 min).
