Les Oliviers is a typical Provençal holiday house, situated in St. Maximin (Languedoc-Roussillon) at 30 km from Avignon and 25 km from Nimes. There is a beautiful fenced and enlightened garden (2,700m2), a private swimming-pool and a pool-house (without an outdoor kitchen) ideal with playing children. A typical barbecue and all the necessary garden furniture (longchairs with cushions).
The interior is charming and cosy. The living- an diningroom have access to a nice covered terrace with view on the garden.
Les Oliviers is also available in winter. Very quiet, private and very well situated to discover this beautiful region of the Languedoc-Roussillon and the Provence. Shopping centre is nearby.
There's a small mezzanine in the living-room with a steep staircase. Possibly for 2 people (mattress 140cm).
