"La Villa BOT", near Uzès (5 minutes), will welcome you all year round (January to December) for 8 to 10 people.
The house in the heart of the charming village of Saint Maximin, raised on 2 levels with a breathtaking view of the scrubland and a lagoon swimming pool of 18m x 15m, all not overlooked.
A large, fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room and a large terrace with a plancha on the ground floor.
5 bedrooms including 1 large master bedroom with its adjoining bathroom and dressing room on the ground floor and 4 bedrooms on the 1st floor including 2 bedrooms with double bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 beds.
Incredible lagoon swimming pool with breathtaking view, pool house with WC, garden, large vegetable garden, plancha, teak deckchairs and magnificent garden furniture will allow you to spend a very pleasant time in the peace and quiet of this typical Gard village.
A bathroom and WC complete the upper part of the house.
Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a kitchen, and a washing machine.
