Ground floor: living room/lounge, kitchen, shower room, WC, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140x190) (2 beds 90x190). Upstairs: 1 bedroom (2 beds 90x190), WC with sink. Wifi. Enclosed landscaped grounds of 800 m² (courtyard, garden furniture, barbecue), swimming pool (6x12m) heated from 15/06 to 30/08 shared with 2 gîtes. Garage. Another gîte on site: H85G010370. Options: End of stay cleaning: €80/stay; Bed linen rental for 1 or 2 people: €10/bed/stay; Towel rental: €8/pers/stay.
Cot and high chair on request. In addition: Tourist tax; Central heating Heat pump: €2.50/day (to be paid to the owner).
