Large house located in the small village of Saint Martin, including two cottages (common entrance hall). 1st floor: large living room bright and clear with kitchenette and small balconies opened on the square (sofa bed for 2 people), 2 bedrooms (1 double bed) (2 single beds), bathroom, toilet, laundry. In front of the cottage, large terrace (about 100 sqm) shared with the 2 cottages with reserved picnic table for each one. Parking and garage on the spot. A cottage nestled in a small village in the heart of a still unspoiled landscape, boasting ecological richness and rooted in a rich and varied Occitan culture.
