The hotel was not as advertised on the hotels.com website. Did not know there would be a self check-in with no idea what to do upon arrival. Fortunately, there were people coming out of the hotel and this enabled us to get into the locked lobby. Otherwise, we would have been left stranded outside with no communication or direction. The reported instructions for how to access this hotel came 90 minutes after we were already heading up to our rooms. As we stood in the lobby trying to figure out how to check in with no staff, it became very frustrating. When we reached someone on the lobby desk phone, we were then put on hold for 25 minutes. This caused more frustration. Had we known this was an unstaffed hotel, we would have chosen some other location. Fortunately, for others who were also having the same experience and didn't know how to access an unstaffed hotel, we were also coming out of the lobby, and kindly let them in so they could go through the experience we just had. You even had to make your own room key. Rooms were good, but overall, not a good experience after a day of traveling.

we have stayed here several times. it’s a basic hotel that is convenient to the train station and town center. the negatives are lack of air conditioning and outside street noise can be loud if you leave your window open.

A wonderful place, highly recommend

A very well-maintained hotel. The service was very good: prompt, friendly and professional, the room was very big. As it was a hot day, they even prepared a portable air-conditioner for us and turned it on early in the day to cool down the room.

Il faisait froid dans la chambre. Pour une fois le check-in a fonctionné pour nous, par contre il y avait 4 personnes bloquées à l'accueil car ils n'arrivaient à obtenir leur cartes impossible pour eux de joindre quelqu'un malgré 3 numéros de téléphones deux personnes ont abandonné et sont partis dans un autre hôtel. L'eau chaude met beaucoup de temps a arriver.

Personne dans l'hôtel, personne à la réception pas de chauffage dans le hall d'accueil, pas de chauffage dans la chambre même pas au minimum quand j'arrive. Vieux radiateur électrique même à fond chauffe peu. La télé ne s'allume pas, j'ai vérifié les branchements. Pas d'eau chaude ni lavabo ni baignoire, pas d'eau du tout lavabo des WC. Très peu de papier toilette et aucun rouleau d'avance. Bien sûr pas de petit déjeuner puisque il n'y a personne dans l'hôtel et même pas d'indication pour savoir où trouver un café proche. Bonne literie. Donc bien déçue, en plein hiver avec des températures négatives dehors on s'attend à ce qu'il y ait du chauffage quand on arrive. Vers 21 heures et vers 16hres, j'ai appelé maintes fois l'hôtel, personne ne répond et pas de répondeur....

La chambre est propre et spacieuse, par contre le système d'enregistrement sans personne à l'accueil et certainement bien quand il fonctionne. La cafetière ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre. Difficultés à se garer à proximité de l'hôtel nous n'avons pas trouvé de parking dédié. La chambre vaut son prix l'hôtel est calme on se repose c'est le principal

J'avais réservé 2 nuits avec un lit double et j'ai eu 2 lits simples. Tellement compliqué d'avoir des réponses à mes mails et de les avoir au tel... avec personne à l'accueil tout se fait par tél. grosse galère ! hôtel vieux avec des moisissures et tapisserie qui est décollée dans les chambres ! 12 min pour avoir l'eau chaude ! Très bruyant, personne a l’accueil et tout se fait pas téléphone. Le wifi est très faible, les chaînes tv fonctionnent par intermittence. On demande 100€ de caution. Il n’y a rien de positif dans cet établissement. Je ne viendrais plus dans cet hôtel.
