Completely renovated studio apartment, 31m² with open loggia converted into a TV corner, on the first floor with lift.
Sleeps 3, fitted kitchen area, bright living room opening onto the fitted loggia, beautiful bathroom with washing machine and WC included.
Shared parking in front of the residence.

Bedding: 1 140 cm wardrobe bed + 1 sofa bed (1 person)

Facilities :
- Washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, fridge, filter and pod coffee maker, toaster, kettle, extractor fan,
- TV, fans, hairdryer, hoover...

We accept holiday vouchers (depending on the booking platform).
