It comprises a lovely living room, a fully fitted kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bath), and you can enjoy an enclosed garden of approximately 600 m².

The property is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- A living room with sofas, armchairs and a TV
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- A small bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.
- A utility room located in the garage and accessible from the kitchen, with washing machine, tumble dryer and garden furniture.
