We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Saint-Malo, this charming studio with sea view, at less than 50 meters of the beach, of a surface of 30 m ² and being able to accomodate comfortably 2 travellers. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a nice living room, a veranda, an open kitchen equipped, a bathroom. Wifi, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 30 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and coffee table.
- A veranda with sea view and a dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A shower room with shower and toilet.

The flat is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant environment and well situated less than 50 meters from the beach of Minihic. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
Former corsair city, the fortified city of Saint-Malo is built on a rock. With its magnificent ramparts, it offers a magnificent panorama over the sea and the Channel Islands, Jersey, Guernsey and Sark. If the tour of the ramparts is a must, the city of Robert Surcouf and Jacques Cartier is not to be outdone either, with its picturesque cobbled streets, its rich shipowners' houses and its castle, whose dungeon is home to the Museum of the History of the City and the Malouin Country. In Saint-Malo, you can watch the high tides or the start of the Route du Rhum, go to the National Fort at low tide, built according to Vauban's plans, discover Chateaubriand's tomb on the Grand Bé islet, and take a boat trip around Saint-Malo Bay...
