We had two problems. The Orbitz listing and even the hotel TV said they offered parking. They did not. At checkin, the area was extremely crowded and it took us over an hour to find a place to park. In addition, the parking would only allow a max of 8 1/2 hours parking, so we had to keep feeding the meter to avoid a ticket, or worse. Issue #2, the Orbits listing plainly says 'air conditioning'. This hotel does not have it. If I'd known either of these issues, I would not have booked this property.
Bad experience, the room was awful, the shower is leaking, water was everywhere, even on the carpet, we asked for another room and got it but it was the same, hairdryer was broken, the room was too old, cracks at the ceiling, lots of dust At the breakfast,I found yogurt with expired date,what the hell is it?! Only nice building, period!!!
Very good location. Friendly attentive staff. Parking off site at sister hotel down street. Very tight space in garage. Don't rent anything bigger than subcompact car or it will never fit
