Great place to stay, good value very clean.

Enjoyed stay for one week. Apartment has everything one needs. The owner Mickael Picaut and his wife could not be more helpful. They picked me up at the bus station and dropped me off. Mickael loaned me an orange SIM card. And in general did everything to make me feel welcome. Grocery store very close 7 minute walk. I was up late for an event and really appreciated the black out curtains for sleeping late,

Des hôtes parfaits et une adresse stratégique

L’appartement est conforme au descriptif et fidèle aux photos, grandes chambres, douche a l’italienne et climatisation dans toutes les pièces. Juste nous n’avions pas compris que le logement était à l’étage, avec un escalier en colimaçon. La cuisine de l’appartement n’est pas au même niveau que le jardin mais les propriétaires ont tout prévu : cuisine d’été et plancha à disposition sur la terrasse bien abritée. Stationnement privatif fermé par un grand portail. Samuelle et Mickael ont été aux petits soins avec nous et nous ont même conviées à partager un apéro dînatoire pendant lequel ils nous ont révélé quelques belles adresses pour la fin de notre séjour. Ils sont vraiment très sympas, une belle rencontre. Depuis Saint Louis nous avons pu faire tout le Sud sauvage, les lagons de la cote ouest, monter au volcan, à Cilaos, L’Entre Deux…

Super appartement et super accueil

Das Appartement ist vollständig ausgestattet. Einfach, aber gemütlich. Morgens wird man von den Hühnern und Hunden geweckt. Nach ein paar Tagen habe ich mich daran gewöhnt. Gute Ausgangslage für Wandertouren! Strand in St. Pierre 20 Minuten entfernt.

On arrive comme locataire et on est accueillis comme des amis. Samuelle et Mickaël sont aux petits soins: panier d'accueil, apéritif cuisiné par Samuelle, prêt de masques et tubas pour profiter des poissons tropicaux à Saint Pierre (car oui, on peut se baigner à la Réunion!) L'appartement est idéalement situé à proximité de la N1 pour accéder aux randonnées (et golfs sans notre cas). Vous aurez le choix entre ventilateur et/ou climatisation dans toutes les pièces. On est complètement indépendants dans l'appartement et le quartier est calme. On a déjà hâte de retourner à la Réunion et forcément on reviendra ici.

Samuelle et Michael sont des hôtes absolument charmants qui ont contribué à nous faciliter le séjour avec de nombreuses petites attentions (produits locaux de bienvenue, guides touristiques... ) Ils savent se montrer discrets car l'entrée est indépendante et nous avons passé un super séjour dans leur appartement. Celui-ci est très fonctionnel, moderne et décoré avec beaucoup de goût (plutôt encore rare ici). Bref nous recommandons cette location sans réserve et nous ne manquerons pas de revenir si l'occasion se présente car le site est bien situé géographiquement pour les nombreuses balades dans l'île. Excellent rapport qualité/prix

Comme à la maison !

Samuelle et Mickaël sont 2 personnes très sympathiques, très accueillantes. Nous nous sommes sentis tout de suite très à l'aise. La maison est très spacieuse, fonctionnelle, au calme et bien située par rapport à l'océan. A notre arrivée, nous avons découvert un plateau de bienvenue qui nous a bien fait plaisir. Et avant notre départ, nous avons eu droit à une soirée apéritif au cours de laquelle nous avons pu échanger en toute camaraderie. Accueil chaleureux et hébergement confortable

Nous avons séjourné du 28/11 au 04/12/2017, le premier contact avec les propriétaires Samuelle et Mickaël a été des plus chaleureux, nous proposant un appartement très confortable et à la décoration soignée et raffiné, avec cette petite corbeille de bienvenue composée de produits locaux ; un pot de café, un de confiture et un de sucre, une tablette de chocolat et bien sur l'ananas Victoria. Au milieu du séjour nous avons été invité à un apero "dînatoire", un moment des plus sympathique et convivial. La situation géographique de cet hébergement nous a permis un accès aux sites du Piton des neiges et du Piton de la Fournaise, et pour les baignades (snorkilin) St Pierre est un bon Spot. Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour à la Kaz à l'étang chez Samuelle et Mickaël.

Très bon séjour dans cette jolie maison.

Séjour d'une semaine,3 personnes. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Samuelle. La maison est très joliment décorée et fonctionnelle, rien ne manque. Les reunionais sont tres sympas et on y passe vraiment du bon temps. 12 jours, c est trop court!!!

Les proprieteres sont super acceuillants, donnent de bons conseils pour faire de belles decouvertes. Le quartier est acceuillant aussi. La ville de st louis est bien située, mais il faut avoir un vehicule pour y sejourner.

Séjour agréable dans un logement très bien équipé(avec juste quelques petits détails à améliorer).

L'accueil a vraiment été très sympa et c'est ce qui nous a le plus plu. L'environnement est, lui, un peu bruyant (chiens la nuit) mais ce n'est pas rare à La Réunion! L'emplacement de la maison est pratique pour visiter l'île.

Ne changez rien tout est parfait : la corbeille de bienvenue, la propreté irréprochable, les "tuyaux" pour dénicher des endroits paradisiaques, la situationgéographique dans un quartier calme à proximité de supermarché, de la route des Tamarins... Très bon équipement, appartement décoré avec goût et soin apporté pour se sentir comme à la maison. Vraiment ravies, rien à redire...
