Excellent hôtel, le personnel est très agréable notre appartement était confirme aux photos et au descriptif. Seul bémol les horaires de la piscine et de la salle de jeux nous avons trouvé que cela fermait trop tôt à notre avis, nous qui partions toute la journée nous n’avons pu en profiter qu’une fois malheureusement et avons trouvé ça vraiment très dommage.

Pas idéal pour venir en couple

Nous avons séjourné en couple le week-end du 14/07 (2 nuits). Plusieurs choses : - Si vous venez en famille, c’est approprié et vous passerez un bon séjour. Cependant si vous venez en couple, il faut savoir que c’est très bruyant, avec une ambiance « colonie de vacances » par moments (surtout dans les espaces communs). Ce n’est pas idéal pour se détendre et ce n’est pas romantique. - Le parking est payant, et sur réservation. Nous avions pensé à réserver, mais si vous venez un week-end ou un moment de forte affluence, ça sera complet. - Les gens de l’accueil n’ont vraiment pas été conciliants quand nous sommes arrivés : nous avions la voiture remplie, la rue a l’extérieur était remplie de véhicules (garés ET en double file). Nous avons trouvé l’entrée du parking un peu plus loin, et nous sommes mis devant le portail en espérant qu’ils ouvriraient. On appelle l’accueil et ils refusent catégoriquement, nous disant qu’il faut check in d’abord, donc qu’il faut obligatoirement ressortir la voiture et galérer dans la rue (alors que nous avons RESERVÉ le parking et donné notre nom). Heureusement un employé du parking très gentil a accepté de nous ouvrir (pas grâce aux personnes de l’accueil..) - L’hôtel est beau est propre, mais ne pensez ps qu’il s’agit d’un HÔTEL 4 étoiles, c’est une RÉSIDENCE 4 étoiles, et le standing est très différent. Il equivaut à un hôtel 2-3 étoiles maximum. - La plage de St Leu est loin à pied (20 min). À proximité il n’y a que la mer avec des algues.

Déception malgré un bon emplacement Nous sommes arrivés en pleine nuit dans un logement manifestement sale : chasse d’eau non tirée, serviettes avec des taches douteuses, taies d’oreillers tachées… Il était évident que le logement n’avait pas été préparé. Après avoir dû insister, un ménage très partiel a été fait le lendemain, mais le nettoyage complet n’a eu lieu que cinq jours plus tard, à nos frais ! La cuisine était très mal équipée : pas de verres, ce qui nous a contraints à aller chercher des gobelets à la machine à café du rez-de-chaussée pour pouvoir boire. Le professionnalisme du personnel est inégal : certains sont accueillants, d’autres à peine polis, avec un « bonjour » qui semble facultatif à la réception. C’est d’autant plus regrettable que l’hôtel bénéficie d’une bonne situation, est bien insonorisé, et que la literie est de qualité. La piscine est agréable, mais clairement sous-dimensionnée quand l’hôtel est complet. À noter également : des frais de ménage non prévus et obligatoires de 50€ à l’arrivée, totalement injustifiés vu l’état dans lequel nous avons trouvé le logement.

J'ai apprecié l'emplacement de l'hôtel, a proximité des commerces et d'un marché de street food qui se deroule le dimanche soir. Le personnel de l'hotel est accueillant et disponible, la chambre etait spacieuse pour une famille de 4 personnes. L'hotel est propre et beneficie d'une piscine bien agreable.

Très Bien : confort, vaisselle et équipements, réactivité si demande, piscine (et son magnifique dallage), espaces communs ok. Problème : pigeons et leurs déjections nous ont interdit 2/3 du balcon. Parking très pratique, à 8€/jour - possibilité de réserver sur place. Juste la rue à traverser pour aller sur la plage ;-)

Nuitées à St Leu en amoureux

Sejour de 3 nuits en couple sur St Leu. Accueil très sympathique. Propreté ok dans le logement. Dommage pour le canapé lit qui n'était pas un 160cm, dommage aussi pour un des deux ascenseurs en panne. Sinon, accès piscine au top, et mer à deux pas de l'hôtel.

Deuxième séjour vraiment décevant

Nous avons passé un premier séjour parfait dans cet établissement, et cette fois-ci cela été la grosse déception. Pas de lumière dans la salle bain et surtout personne n’est venu faire le nécessaire malgré nos nombreuses demandes. Idem pour les serviettes et tapis de salle bain qui manquait. Une réceptionniste a de surcroît eu l’indécence de nous demander un supplément pour rester seulement une heure de plus , en prétextant que c était minimum 2 heures pour un départ tardif et au minimum 30 euros voir 50 euros. Compte tenue du déroulement de notre séjour, le minimum à faire commercialement était de nous l’offrir . La satisfaction des clients ( régulier de surcroît n’est malheureusement pas dans leur ADN ) De plus depuis sur notre premier séjour le café capsule a été remplacé par un café soluble infâme et les serviettes de la piscine sont à retirer à la reception en échange de votre pièce d identité et non plus à disposition dans la chambre, vous n’êtes donc plus considéré comme un client mais un potentiel voleur , situation très désagréable. Vraiment dommage nous avons eu un coup de cœur pour l établissement mais cette fois ci pas du tout au niveau de ce qu on peut attendre d’une tel adresse et en adéquation avec les tarifs.
