The apartment is located on the first floor of a new residence and has 2 covered and secured parking spaces. The access to the apartment is entirely adapted to people with reduced mobility and all the housing was conceived to facilitate their displacements and their daily comfort.
The entrance to the apartment is through a spacious air-conditioned living room, equipped with an XXL smart TV and an Italian sofa bed (160x200cm). The furniture comes from India and brings a cachet and authenticity to this beautiful apartment. In a cupboard in the entrance hall, a washing machine with dryer will bring a real bonus to your stay.
Adjacent to the living room, the kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, electric griddle, rice cooker and many other kitchen utensils.
The large air-conditioned bedroom is equipped with a 180x200cm bed with a new Bultex mattress, a beautiful Indian dressing table and a large dressing room (with shelves and closet). The dressing table also serves as an office (printer on demand, subject to pricing).
The bathroom has a large Italian shower and a basin. The toilet is independent.
Finally, outside, welcome to this beautiful area of 70m ² of open air where you can indulge in the pleasure of a spa for 4 people, a shower, two deckchairs in the shade of umbrellas or convivial moments on the varangue.
From the outside terrace, a gate gives direct access to the small alley that leads to the beach.
As you will have noticed, the apartment bears its name well... since the wall had the privilege to be decorated by the rising star of the street graffiti artists of Reunion, the very fashionable artist Yann Le Gall. He specially imagined this fresco with shimmering colors for the apartment, and alludes to the dodos, these famous endemic birds of the island and unfortunately disappeared since the 1740s. If you don't see any, don't worry, the dodo beers will be waiting for you in the fridge when you arrive.

In a few minutes, you can enjoy paragliding and discover the turtle observatory at Kelonia.
Halfway between the beaches of the west and the beautiful beach of Etang-Salé in the southwest, the apartment is also the ideal starting point to many tourist sites.
