Beau potentiel mais mal exploité …!

Pour commencer les points négatifs et il y en a : - personne pour nous accueillir à notre arrivée... Aucune information sur l’adresse exacte, comment les clés étaient remises... Nous avons par chance trouvé la maison et les clés suspendues un local ouvert. - Par ailleurs, gros point négatif le plus grave à mon sens : maison très poussiéreuse, en arrivant c’était tellement sale m que certains ont eu des réactions allergiques et nous avons dû nettoyer nous meme … ce n’est pas normal surtout pour une maison à ce tarif. - Il fait une chaleur impressionnante la maison est mal isolée et pas de clim. 2 chambres sur 3 n’ont pas de volets donc difficile de dormir pour certains au petit matin. Pour le positif, l’endroit est incroyable, en pleine nature, au calme, et la maison est très belle avec une jolie piscine… Un potentiel qui pourrait être bien mieux exploité ! Nous avons eu cependant la propriétaire au téléphone qui est très sympathique et qui ne gère pas directement le bien. Le défaut de communication semble donc venir de la société qui gère la maison ainsi que d’Abritel ..

Super maison pour une escapade en Périgord au calme et en pleine nature. Piscine super grande et très bien située. Petit bémol pas de tv ni de wifi mais ça n’a rien gâché de nos vacances !

Tres agréable séjour au calme dans une ancienne grange rénovée avec beaucoup de goût

Très agréable séjour au calme dans la campagne périgourdine, dans une ancienne grange rénovée et aménagée avec beaucoup de goût avec tout le confort moderne au sein d’un petit bourg de quelques maisons. Les chevreuils sont visibles le matin et en soirée à l’orée du bois a 200 mètres de la maison. De belles balades très accessibles passent au pied de la maison, dont une sympathique de 15km « Les tours anglaises », et la piscine bien équipée ravit petits et grands. Les principaux sites préhistoriques et points d’intérêt sont à 30-40 minutes en voiture. Côté logistique, en plus de la supérette de St Laurent la Vallée, Belvès à 15 minutes en voiture propose des commerces de qualité, et un supermarché Carrefour Market est présent à Siorac à 20 minutes en voiture. Et si vous ne voulez pas faire la cuisine ou profiter du barbecue, de nombreux restaurants vous permettront de profiter de la gastronomie locale. En bref, la maison et sa localisation se prêtent à toutes vos envies de calme, de farniente, de ballades en pleine nature ou de culture!
