Peut mieux faire mais convenable !

Accueil trÚs sympathique mais résidence un peu vieillissante. Manque la moitié des ampoules, douche exiguë, baignoire sans rideau ni paroie, prévoir tapis de douche avec vos serviettes, éponges etc. Rien n'est fourni (pas trÚs bien précisé sur le site hotel.com). A part ces détails facilement anticipables grùce aux commentaires précédents, résidence plutÎt propre, bien située, au calme, nous avons passé un agréable weekend !

Demande d'un bon de rĂ©servation Ă  l'accueil non reçu. Il n'y a pas de linge de toilette dans le logement et pas de rideau de douche (ou autre) ce qui est trĂšs gĂȘnant. La propretĂ© est Ă  revoir (prĂ©sence de nombreuses toiles d'araignĂ©e) ainsi que la qualitĂ© des Ă©quipements. Demande de supplĂ©ments pour le wifi et la TV, c'est impensable en 2021 et surtout pour un Ă©tablissement de 3 Ă©toiles.

Odalys n'avait pas reçu la rĂ©servation faite sur Hotels.com. Je suis arrivĂ© Ă  18h et l'accueil fermait. Ils ont contactĂ© leur plateforme de rĂ©servation pour vĂ©rifier. J'ai eu les clĂ©s mais aucune indication comme le digicode pour rentrer. Heureusement que quelqu'un passait par lĂ . Par contre, ils n'ont pas oubliĂ© de me faire payer la taxe de sĂ©jour et la caution de 300€. L'appartement n'Ă©tait pas trĂšs propre, 2 plaques chauffantes sur 4 faisait sauter les plombs et donc plus de lumiĂšre. Aucune indication sur le site Hotels.com qu'il fallait emmener ses serviettes de toilettes. Il n'y avait pas non plus de kit de nettoyage (Ă©ponge, produit vaisselle, pastille lave-vaisselle), pas de papier toilette. Comme nous n'avons pas fait de checking, nous avons dĂ©couvert tout cela au fur et Ă  mesure. Bref, cette rĂ©sidence n'a rien Ă  faire sur Hotels.com et je ne recommanderais pas cet Ă©tablissement.
