This 140m² three-story cottage features a 66m² living area with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen opening onto the living and dining rooms. You'll enjoy four comfortable bedrooms, one of which has an office area, and two bathrooms with a shower and bathtub. The "Biscuit & Colibri" cottage is a detached house, completely renovated inside with tasteful decor and beautiful, bright spaces. Its beautiful living room with fireplace is ideal for family meals and moments with friends. To make your stay even more enjoyable, the furnishings are new and modern, and utilities are included. You'll also appreciate its 15m² terrace adjoining the living room and its fully enclosed 900m² garden with a pétanque court. A ping-pong table is available in the garage. Dogs are not allowed except in categories 1 and 2, or upon request and with the owner's consent.
