This beautiful detached stone house adjoining an unoccupied barn consists of a ground floor and a first floor. It includes a living room/kitchen area, two bedrooms (1 double bed), one bedroom (1 double bed and 1 single bed), a bathroom, a toilet and a room. You can enjoy sunny days with family or friends in the unfenced grounds of 1500m². The oil heating will be paid on site according to your consumption (55 to 110€ per week). For your comfort, wood is free. Shops and services in Marsac en Livradois and Viverols 12 km away.
