Located in the Regional Natural Park of Livradois Forez this cottage will allow you to enjoy many activities in the surroundings such as the Lace Museum, the church and the Garden for the Earth in Arlanc, the lake, the house of the Fourme and the Moulin Richard de Bas in Ambert, La Chaise-Dieu... This beautiful detached stone house adjoining an unoccupied barn consists of a ground floor and a first floor. It includes a living room/kitchen area, two bedrooms (1 double bed), one bedroom (1 double bed and 1 single bed), a bathroom, a toilet and a room. You can enjoy sunny days with family or friends in the unfenced grounds of 1500m². The oil heating will be paid on site according to your consumption (55 to 110€ per week). For your comfort, wood is free. Shops and services in Marsac en Livradois and Viverols 12 km away.
