Logement bien situĂ© mais qui mĂ©riterait d'ĂȘtre mieux entretenu

TrĂšs bon contact avec la propriĂ©taire qui nous a autorisĂ© une entrĂ©e dĂšs le matin. Le logement est trĂšs bien situĂ©, tout se fait Ă  pieds... Par contre, l'appartement est vieillissant. Beaucoup de matĂ©riel doit ĂȘtre renouvelĂ© Ă  ce prix ou mieux entretenu : literie, casseroles, ampoules, stores, sĂ©choir Ă  linge et pinces Ă  linge. Appartement assez sale Ă  notre arrivĂ©e (sable, cendre de cigarette dans l'entrĂ©e, poils dans la douche, poussiĂšre, tĂąches, vaisselle sale). Cela ne nous a pas empĂȘchĂ© de passer de trĂšs bonnes vacances en famille !

Very nice, well equipped house with large terrasse; well suited for four people and bringing a dog, too. Perfectly loacted in walking distance to the beach and shops & restaurants of Contis. Really enjoyed our stay in early June, and would consider for next time again.
