Gîte le Moulinage du Luol with wooded grounds

Located in a former silk mill, you'll stay in a restored and peaceful building surrounded by exceptional natural surroundings, including an 8,000 m² wooded park bordering a river (two swimming areas: La Baleine, a 5-minute walk, and La Cascade, a 10-minute walk; swimming is possible from May to July, but the water level is low in August). You'll have immediate access to nature for walks and hikes. All this just 10 minutes from Aubenas.

Cleaning is included in the rental price. Sheets and towels are not provided (available upon request).

Two master bedrooms (160x200 cm beds), one with an ensuite bathroom, are available for four adults. Baby beds are available upon request at no extra charge.

The children's room can accommodate four children (two 90x190 cm bunk beds).
Two additional adults can stay in the mezzanine (above the living room, with a 140x200 cm bed).

Terrace adjoining the main living room with outdoor furniture and a barbecue.

Access to the living quarters of the house is via a staircase.
The vacation home features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Limited housekeeping is available.

Moulinage du Luol

Grande, spacieuse, entourée de silence et chants d oiseaux. L'hôte Camille, très reactif malgré le lundi de Pentecôte a changé un grille-pain défectueux. Seul point les serviettes ne sont pas fournies ce qui est penalisant pour ceux qui arrivent par avion. A part cela lieu et propriétaire sont très accueillants.

Außergewöhnlich großzügig

Das Anwesen besticht mit seiner Großzügigkeit, vielen liebevollen Details und perfekten Raumaufteilung. Neben dem Park ähnlichen Garten (den man ganz und gar für sich hat) werden auch viele besondere Pflanzen vorm Haus und auf der wunderschönen Terrasse liebevoll arrangiert und gepflegt. Man merkt, dass die Besitzer sehr familienfreundlich sind: es gibt Gesellschaftsspiele, Nachtlichter im Kinderzimmer, Badmintonschläger, Volleyballnetz und Ball und auch Geschirrspühltabs und festinstallierte Ladekabel am Kopfende der Betten. Neben dem Bachrauschen haben wir uns über Salamander, Greifvögel, Fledermäuse, Grillen und Kröten gefreut. Schlangen haben wir nur im Fluss gesehen.

Un très bon sejour dans une belle batisse

Nous étions un groupe de 5 amis à la découverte de l Ardèche ...Dès notre arrivée nous avons été sous le charme de cette vieille batisse entourée de verdure et d un très grand jardin prés d une rivière.Depaysement total...L intérieur de la maison correspondait aux photos du site,propre et bien emménagé. Nous avons été tres bien accueillis par le propriétaire ...Nous le remercio s pour ce beau séjour...☺️

Un lieu très agréable pour petits et grands. Les plus grands ont apprécié les épuisettes pour pêcher dans la rivière et les jeux de sociétés mis à disposition dans la maison.
