Welcome to our family home, an authentic Vendée stone house that has kept all its soul. Nestled in a peaceful village between land and sea, it opens its doors for a holiday of calm, conviviality and fresh air. Here, you take the time to truly live: long shared meals, lazy afternoons in the garden, coming home from the beach, and gentle evenings under the veranda.

This large house comfortably welcomes the whole family or a group of friends. You'll find generous spaces, original materials (stone, beams, wood floors, cement tiles), and that warm, authentic atmosphere found only in genuine family homes.


- The heart of the house: a stunning artist's veranda



The true centrepiece, the large artist's-studio-style veranda is bathed in light thanks to its black steel glass roof. With its antique cement-tile floor, its large convivial table and its full view over the garden, it's the perfect place to share meals, play, read or simply enjoy the moment, whatever the weather. The fully equipped kitchen is built into it (oven, dishwasher, fridge, hob, and everything you need to cook just like at home).


-The bedrooms



The house has several bedrooms upstairs, all decorated in the authentic spirit of the place, with their stone walls, beams and wood floors:

* A master bedroom with a large double bed, washbasin and private shower room (walk-in shower and WC)
* A second bedroom with a large double bed and washbasin
* A bedroom with a double bed and a single bed ideal for children
* A bedroom with additional sleeping space, ideal for children

Plenty of room to welcome families and groups in comfort, with everyone finding their own space.


- Bathrooms


The house has two washing areas: a private shower room adjoining the master bedroom (walk-in shower, washbasin, WC) and a main bathroom available to all guests.

- A large leafy garden to enjoy the outdoors


Outside, it's all about relaxation: a vast leafy garden planted with fruit trees, a shaded dining area with a large table and parasol for outdoor lunches, a garden lounge for a nap or an aperitif, and an old stone barn that adds to the charm of the place. Children can play and run freely in this green, safe space.

The house is equipped with fibre (very high-speed internet), ideal for those who want to stay connected or work remotely for a few days in peace.
