Discover the charm of this old converted barn of 139 m² in a beautiful square farm with dovecote. . On the ground floor, you will find a large living room overlooking the pasture and a kitchen overlooking the pond. Upstairs, 2 large bedrooms and a bathroom have beautiful views of the farm or the pasture. A beautiful stone fireplace for evenings by the fire stands in the middle of the living room which is a spacious and very bright room thanks to its bay windows overlooking the private garden and the pond. Frogs sing there on summer evenings. The aperitif on the terrace at sunset is a must not to be missed!
