Come and enjoy the charm of Lake Annecy in this beautiful 90 m2 apartment located in Saint-Jorioz, just 10 minutes walk from the beach and the port. Ideal for large families, it can accommodate up to 8 people in 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 1 with 4 single bunk beds. You will also have 2 bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other with shower, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious and cosy living room.



You can admire the view of the mountains from the large terrace, where you can have your meals or relax in the sun. The accommodation is also equipped with many amenities to make your stay pleasant, such as wifi, television, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, hair dryer, iron, etc.



The accommodation is located in a quiet and green area, close to the bike path that runs along the lake and that will allow you to easily reach Annecy or the other nearby villages. You will also find within a few minutes walk shops, restaurants, bars, a bakery, a pharmacy, a cinema, and many more. For children, there is a playground just in front of the apartment, as well as a nautical center and a leisure base at the beach.



If you like the mountain, you will also be delighted to discover the many activities possible in the surroundings, such as hiking, skiing, paragliding, rafting, etc. The nearest ski resorts are about 35 minutes by car.
