Situé au centre de Saint-Jorioz et de tous ses commerces.

Découvrez un appartement de charme dans une résidence calme et paisible, au centre d’un magnifique village lacustre.
Idéal pour 4 personnes, il se compose de deux chambres séparées, de toilettes indépendantes, d’une salle de bains avec douche à l’italienne, d’une terrasse exposée Ouest, et d’une cuisine équipée donnant sur un vaste salon/séjour.
Un garage couvert est à votre disposition pour votre voiture ou vos vélos et placement libre sur le parking extérieur.
🅿️Vous atteindrez le lac en quelques minutes : moins d’un kilomètre et demi sépare l’appartement du lac!

La première chambre est équipée d’un lit double 160x200cm et de rangements.
La deuxième chambre est équipée de 2 lits simples 90x190cm ainsi que de rangements.
Télévision et Wifi haut-débit, cuisine toute équipée avec four, lave-vaisselle et machine à café.
L’appartement est également équipé d’un lave-linge/sèche linge, appareils à raclette et fondue.

Le linge de maison vous sera fourni pour votre séjour.
Les animaux de compagnie ne sont pas admis dans l’appartement.
Le logement est situé au 1er étage sans ascenseur.

Nombreux restaurants et commerces accessibles à pied, vous pourrez vous déplacer sans voiture durant votre séjour et laisser votre voiture dans le parking de copropriété.

Séjour à St Jorioz

Appartement très joliment décoré, avec des équipements de qualité : literie, vaisselle, meubles, télévision, salle de bain. Neuf et parfait. Au calme et très proche du centre de St Jorioz, marché et commerces à pied Merci à Aurelien de La Conciergerie : super professionnel, reactif et disponible
