Open the door and discover a welcoming dining room, equipped with a table that can accommodate 4 guests. The kitchen, independent but with a window overlooking the dining room, is fully equipped: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and all the utensils necessary for preparing your meals. Behind the kitchen, a comfortable living area with a sofa and two armchairs invites you to moments of relaxation with family or friends. A bathroom with shower and WC completes the ground floor.
