A lovely couple welcomed us to their gite which was well equipped, clean and very close to the beach. The additional gym equipment was really useful. Close proximity to beach and large field was fabulous for our collies. Thank you so very much!

Perfect getaway retreat near the sea

Lovely little property a few minutes walk from the coast where there are fantastic views across st Mont Le Saint-Michel. Many beautiful places to visit not too far away. Quiet location with a couple of local shops and restaurants in the vicinity. We would definitely stay again

Ein sehr entspannter Urlaub

Wir haben 2 sehr entspannte und erholsame Wochen in St. Jean le Thomas verbracht. Die Lage der Fewo ist super, man geht durch einen Grüngürtel und ist in 5 Minuten am Strand. Dort gibt es eine kleine Strandbar wo man wunderbar sitzen kann. Eine tolle kleine Bäckerei und einen Mini-Supermarkt gibt es in ca. 200 m Entfernung. Die Fewo ist wie beschrieben gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Für Hunde ist der abgeschlossene Terassenbereich ideal. Patrick und Elisabeth sind sehr sympathische und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Wir kommen wieder!

Logement en sous sol

Location sous le logement des propriétaires chose qui n’était pas notifié sur l’annonce. Donc quelque peut déçu. Travaux de rénovation à effectuer. Coffre détériorer dans la chambre. Et extérieur non entretenu. Nous avons des photos à l’appui. Pas d’insonorisation, ont entend les bruits et discussions des personnes. Canalisations des wc bruyantes. Nous avons donc abrégé notre séjour.

Toller Urlaubsort

Wir haben uns bei Patrick und Elisabeth sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Empfang war herzlich. Mit der DeepL App klappte die Verständigung auch einigermaßen, wobei es bei den Übersetzungen öfter etwas zu lachen gab. Am Sonntag haben wir von den Gastgebern sogar Croissants bekommen und später noch eine Einladung zum Aperitif. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Herd und Kaffeemaschine. Schön fanden wir auch, dass wir Terrasse mit Liegestühlen nutzen konnten. Der Ort ist mit Bäckerei, kleinem Laden und Pizzeria ist sehr schön .

Location Saint Jean le Thomas en sous-sol

La location se trouve en dessous d'une partie de la maison des propriétaires dans le sous bassement. Il n'y a pas vraiment d'insonorisation on les entend, on n'a pas la sensation d'être indépendant. Il y fait plutôt sombre. A l'intérieur de la location règne une très forte odeur d'humidité et tout particulièrement dans la chambre dont le sol qui est recouvert d'une vieille moquette et de tapis en mauvais état sont imbibés d'eau car il y a des fuites quand il pleut du côté de la seule petite fenêtre. C'est une pièce qui n'est pas saine du tout et qui est sombre, elle serait à refaire. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu faire autrement que d'y rester le temps imparti car le séjour était déjà payé. Le propriétaire est somme toute avenant mais nous ne savons pas s'il est conscient ou pas de l'état de son bien qu'il propose à la location ? L'emplacement de cette ville reste néanmoins idéal pour les visites aux alentours.
