Beautiful View, Dream Location, Clean Flat.

Loved this little gem. Great communication, clean with lots of room and amazing views. You’ll need to pay for towels, sheets and the end of stay clean but as it’s reasonably priced this was fine with us. I really recommend this as a place to stay and hope to come back sometime.

Overall, a great space and location

Everything about this location was great, except for one detail… For first (3) days major construction occurred on nearby apartments within our building, starting early at 8:00 am loud tile cutting, so loud that you couldn’t carry on a conversation..Owner should have disclosed that information prior to our rental. When we called to complain manager said the work performed was “unknown” to him, I am not buying that story because all construction work in this town requires strict approval from city officials.To be fair, owner gave us an extra night free to compensate us for the noise issue.

Tout était parfait, notamment l'accueil par Mireille. Nous avons passé trois jours magnifiques. L'appartement est grand, confortable, très propre et très bien placé avec en plus un parking privé pour garer nos voitures. Ce sera un plaisir d'y revenir.

Emplacement de rêve avec vue sur la baie de Saint Jean de Luz et place de parking.Literie parfaite.Propreté correctePar contre vaisselle, notamment verres dépareillés, plats de service insuffisants, . Nous étions 4 et obligés de faire tourner le lave-vaisselle quotidiennement. Il faut noter également un manque de chaises.8couchages,éventuellement 10, sont prévus mais tout le monde ne pourrait pas s'asseoir à table faute de chaise et n'aurait pas de verre à eau. Quant au petit-déjeuner, il faut compter sur 4 bols et 4 mugs dont 2 ne sont pas très grands.Les poêles sont au bout de leur vie.enfin, installation électrique précaire avec prise au ras du sol dans une chambre, beaucoup de multiprises avec plusieurs appareils branchés.

Agréable séjour à Saint-Jean-de-Luz

Appartement très bien situé, avec une magnifique vue sur la baie de Saint-Jean-de-Luz. Très lumineux, au calme, bien équipé, il possède des pièces spacieuses. La literie est de bonne qualité. Il y a juste l’électricité qui mériterait d’être refaite ( les prises électriques sont vétustes ).

Très bon emplacement en bord d'océan. Balcon sur l'océan.Parking privé avec portail électrique. Très grand pour 10 personnes sans problème.Très bonne communication et très bonne gestion sur place de Victor.Si nous devions trouver quelques points négatifs, ça serait l'électricité du logement. Très vieux et manque cruel de prise électrique. Manque de luminaires.Sinon c'est parfait et très bien géré.

Grand appartement - super vue

Très grand appartement, avec une vue magnifique.La zone de parking est pratique.On apprécié d'avoir 4 chambres,2 salles de bains et 2 WC : c'est rare de trouver une location aussi grande.Les lits sont très confortables.Tout s'est très bien passé. S'il faut trouver un point négatif, je dirais juste que j'aurais aimé avoir davantage de verres bas. Et l'installation électrique est assez ancienne.On était hors saison, donc on n'a pas testé la plage, mais elle est juste à côté. Un grand parc est aussi très proche, et le centre-ville est à 15 minutes à pieds.Une adresse à recommander !

Excellent séjour entre amis pour cette fin d'année. Appartement agréable et lumineux avec un très bon emplacement face à la baie. Literie excellente. Quelques points à revoir concernant les équipements en cuisine.

La ubicación del apartamento es muy buena y tiene parking privado. Es un buen apartamento pero necesita mucho mantenimiento y hacer diversas reparaciones: - Algunos radiadores no funcionan y una habitación ni siquiera tiene. - La persiana de una habitación estaba estropeada y no se podía subir y las ventanas no cierran herméticamente. - El sofá-cama debería ser reemplazado..

appartement très grand et bien agencé avec une super vue sur Saint Jean de Luz et Socoa.

Nous avons pu flâner dans Saint Jean De Luz , nous balader dans ce beau village d'Espelette , celui de Bidart et Guéthary. Nous avons également assisté à une compétition de surf à Biarritz .Nous avons également assisté au magnifique spectacle de l'Océan en colère avec les vagues de submersion. Personnellement rien que de voir et d'entendre l'Océan du matin au soir depuis l'appartement me faisait un bien fou .Expérience à refaire!!!

Communication fluide avec Pierre et Victor. Très bon accueil sur place. L'appart est grand et très agréable à vivre. Bonne literie. On a regretté de ne pas avoir 1 douche à la place d'une des 2 baignoires et de ne pas avoir assez de prises électriques. Balcon face à la mer et magnifiques couchers de soleil. Bonne adresse.

Bel appartement idéalement placé

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine. L’appartement est face à la baie de Saint Jean de Luz avec 2 grands balcons pour admirer les couchers de soleil sur la mer. Une fois la voiture garée sur le parking privé tout se fait à pied : la plage au pied de l’immeuble, la place Louis XIV et la rue Gambetta à 5 minutes. L’accueil est fait par le concierge de l’immeuble qui vous reçoit comme si vous étiez chez vous. Je recommande cette adresse sans réserve.

Top, dans son emplacement. Dans son espace, chambre très bien. Literie très confortable. Le concierge qui nous a reçu a l’arrivée et au départ et très gentil, de plus il a su nous répondre pendant le séjour pour des infos supplémentaires. Tout était parfait.

Vue incontournable. Magnifique du matin au soir. Apparemment et parking très bien situer. Séjour parfait. Petit bémol l’électricité, manque de lumière au plafond et prise pas au norme. Manque d’ustensiles de cuisine. Mais en général très beau appartement.
