Appartement très bien situé, proximité idéale mer et commerces. Bel appartement, belle cuisine, jolies salles de bains, balcon agréable au calme. Point négatif, le bruit perpétuel de la rue, une chambre avec une fenêtre donnant sur un ascenseur, le mobilier anciens peu pratiques et mal adaptés pour ranger du linges dans les chambres et le parking public appelé "privatif" dans l'annonce mais qui ne l'ai pas car situé à 300 mètre de l'appartement.
