Appartement très agréable refait à neuf, en excellent état de propreté. Petit bémol pour la Sdb, aération inexistante, la douche italienne manquait d'une barre de sécurité et d'un tapis de bains, (nous en avons acheté un, la situation a été parieuse me concernant, j'ai glissé et reçu un coup à la tête et aux fesses).Pour le reste de l'appartement, appareils ménager au top. Garage en sous-sol fermé. Le centre ville est très proche à pieds. En quelques mots, Je conseille cet appartement.
