Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 5.5 km, supermarket 5.5 km, bus stop "Douville-Pont Saint Mamet" 12 km, bathing lake "Lac de Neufont" 23 km. Nearby attractions: Périgueux 35 km.

Location conforme à la description . Propriétaire accueillant . Literie confortable. Le plus: la wifi depuis peu , et un grand frigo avec congélateur tout neuf , c'est très pratique , car maison un peu isolée. Voiture indispensable . Piscine bien entretenue . Merci M. G.. A refaire .
