Greta location. Fantastic staff

The rooms aren't huge but more than adequate for the night. The location was perfect for us - travelling through France. The staff were friendly and helpful - a great asset for the hotel. Italian restaurant attached - made great pizzas.

Great hotel - we hadn’t noticed it didn’t have air conditioning when we booked and arrived in the heatwave. Staff kindly looked for a fan but there wasn’t one available. Really good hotel for a journey stop though and bed was extremely comfortable Thank you

En déplacement professionne, ce qui m'arrive une quarantaine de fois par an, j'ai passé deux nuits dans cet établissement, dans deux chambres differentes. Deux chambres de categories differentes mais je n'ai pas vu de difference, excepté du papier peint sur un mur dans l'une d'elles. J'ai donc demandé à l'accueil quelle difference il y avait entre ces deux catégories et la reponse m'a étonné, je cite : " il y en a une qui est plus chère que l'autre"...magnifique! Pas très grandes, petites salles de bain avec douches, aucune décoration, mobilier bas de gamme, des chambres vraiments tristes. Pas de bouteille d'eau, pas de bouilloire et odeur désagréable dans les salles de bains. L'une d'elles était au premier étage, cote route, très bruyante, impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre, l'autre au Rez de chaussée coté parking centre commercial, parking non privé, accessible à tous, y compris à un groupe de personnes qui ont passé une bonne partie de la soirée à faire du bruit dehors, sur le parking donc, juste devant les fenètres du RDC, jusqu'à 1h00 du matin, impossible de laisser la fenètre ouverte non plus, ce qui, en période de canicule est vraiment problématique puisqu'il n'y a pas de climatisation. Une chambre comme ça ne vaut pas plus de, allez, 70€... Le problème c'est qu'elles sont vendues le double, 140,00 €. Et à ce prix la c'est honteux, inacceptable, on frôle la malhonnêteté... Je ne remettrais jamais les pieds dans cet établissement.

L'hôtel encaisse la chambre le matin alors que la réservation est prévue "Paiement sur Place" Ensuite on m'octroie une chambre déjà occupée!!! Et en fin on vous demande une caution et on vous fais signer un document concernant l'état des lieux auquel la caution serait utilisée MAIS rien au moment de libérer la chambre ,cela dépend de l'avis de la femme de chambre

Déception !

Hotel situé à proximité du Périphérique rennais. Et sans la Clim pendant les moments de forte chaleur, nous avons ouvert la fenêtre et n'avons pas pu dormir. Même pas une proportion de Ventilateur à l'accueil. Et la fenêtre fermée, la chambre est un vrai four.
