This 4-person holiday cottage welcomes you to Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, 400 meters from Demoiselles beach. A cycle path at the foot of the house provides easy access to various routes for cycling or hiking along the coast and in the forest. The town center of Saint-Jean-de-Monts is 2.4 km away. The cottage features a living/dining room with a 160cm sofa bed and a kitchen. The sleeping area comprises a first bedroom with two 80cm beds that can be joined together, and a second bedroom with a 160cm bed, both with their own shower room and toilet.

You will also have access to a second shower room with a separate toilet.

Outside, you will find two enclosed gardens with terraces, one at the front of the house and the other at the rear, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. Private parking is also available.

A garage is available, particularly for bicycles. This garage is adjacent to another garage. Access from the garage to the kitchen involves a step.

Heating is included.

Optional extras: End-of-stay cleaning: €80/stay (payable on site); Towel rental: €7/person/stay (payable on site); Bed linen rental: €22/bed for one week, €29/bed for two weeks (payable on site).

A cleaning deposit of €80 will be required on site in addition to the security deposit.
