Our cottage with a capacity of 5 to 7 people welcomes you in a calm and warm atmosphere, combining traditional charm (renovation and decoration with natural materials) and modern comfort (complete and recent equipment, wifi access; ..).
On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen open to a living room (lounge / dining room), a utility room, a separate toilet.
Upstairs, 1 mezzanine with BZ bench (140 bed comfortable for 2 people), 1 double bedroom (140 bed), 1 triple bedroom (3 single beds 90, possibility of 1 bed 180/1 bed 90), 1 shower room ( shower, WC, sink).
Outside, 1 common courtyard (for parking cars among others), 1 private equipped garden, 1 room (for storing wood, garden furniture, barbecue ...).
A pleasant place for walking or cycling, an ideal starting point for visiting all of eastern Cher (Bourges, Sancerre, Apremont / Allier, Bec d'Allier ...) or western Nièvre (Nevers, Magny Cours, La Charité s / Loire ...).

A great get away in the country.
Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The house is perfect for a family with two bathroom areas. Everything was very clean and neat. Exceeded our expectations. Will absolutely stay here next time we are in the area.

One of the best Gites around
We really enjoyed this gite. The host was great too. Happy to help with anything. Recommended very highly. It has everything you need for a great stay including your own garden for kids to play in. The space is impressive with every mod con and all in top condition.
We will go there again if we get the chance to go to the east of France

Pépite dans le Berry
Nous avons réservé ce gite afin de pouvoir juste dormir travaillant le reste de la journée. Situé dans la campagne, seuls les chants des oiseaux pourront vous perturber. Ce gite décoré avec énormément de gout est très fonctionnel et permet de loger à 7 confortablement. L'accueil de la propriétaire est très chaleureux, ces nuitées ont rendu notre séjour beaucoup plus agréable.
