The first floor boasts two cozy bedrooms. The first features a queen bed with a cheerful yellow and blue theme, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The second bedroom offers two full beds with a classic red and blue nautical theme—ideal for families or guests. These bedrooms share a convenient bath located in the hall.

The large living and dining areas provide plenty of space for relaxation and entertaining. The kitchen is a highlight, featuring a farmhouse sink and ample room for cooking meals to enjoy with family and friends.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
