The house on 3 levels is composed on the ground floor of a living room with pellet stove, an equipped kitchen, a dining room and a separate toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with a 140x190 bed, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a dressing room. On the second floor there is a large bedroom with television and a 160x200 bed. Outside, you will benefit from two terraces, the first facing North, the second facing South, with three garden furniture, a barbecue and deckchairs. Free public parking spaces are available in front of the gîte. A bag of pellets will be offered to you on arrival. Welcome to Saint Gravé, a town offering authentic, wooded countryside with numerous ponds. The holiday home is located in the village, you will find some local shops there. Hiking enthusiasts will appreciate the 6 circuits present in the town. From the gîte you will be 7 km from Rochefort-en-Terre, a Small Town of Character but also one of the most picturesque towns in Brittany. Not far from the rental, 3 parks will delight young and old: the Prehistory Park and its dinosaurs (5km), Tropical Parc and its birds (11km) and the Ferme du Monde (20km). For family fun, you will find the Etang du Moulin Neuf 10 km away, which offers activities from April to September such as escape games, zip lines, pedal boats and parkabouts. 15 minutes from the rental is La Gacilly, a small, flowery village where the Maison Yves Rocher is located, a botanical garden, a photo festival, arts artisans...
