The house is located in the heart of an old authentic and quiet fishing village 650m walk from Kerver beach and about 1km from Rohu beach and Gohvelins (supervised with sailing school).
Proximity to Golf Blue Green (18 holes) of Kerver also 550m on foot.

From the house, pedestrian coastal paths and cycle paths to allow you to reach the pretty port of Crouesty, the Pointe d'Arzon and Port Navalo from where you will find many departures for cruises to the Gulf Islands as well as Houat, Hoedic and Belle-Ile-en-sea.
All amenities in the center of Saint-Gildas with its Sunday morning market
(150 traders) all year round and from July to August: every morning with an organic and craft market on Wednesday evenings.
Casino, cinema, entertainment and shops in the port of Crouesty in the evening in Arzon 8 minutes by car.
