Cocoonr offers you this charming, modernly decorated house to rent in Saint-Gildas-de-Rhuys. Villa Nymphea can easily accommodate 8 people. On the ground floor, you'll find a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen opening onto the dining room and lounge area, which is isolated by a glass roof, as well as a bedroom with en suite shower room. Upstairs, you'll find 3 bedrooms with double beds, plus a spacious bathroom (bath and shower) with double basins.

Villa Nymphea is the ideal place to meet and share memorable moments on the Rhuys peninsula.

The accommodation consists of :

- A living room of 40 m² with TV, fireplace (wood not provided), wifi
- A kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Four bedrooms with 3 double beds (140,190) and 1 queen-size bed (160,200). Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* quality hotel linen is provided (sheets, towels, kitchen towels), your bed will be prepared on arrival
- Two bathrooms with shower and bath for one and shower for the other one
- A separate toilet

For even more comfort : plancha, laundry machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.

- A swimming pool (private, heated according to weather conditions), swimming pool open from June 1st until the end of September.

Wunderschöne, ruhige und sehr saubere Unterkunft.

Wo soll ich nur anfangen? Das Haus ist nach allen Kriterien, mit einer sehr guten Note zu bewerten. Wir fühlten uns die ganze Zeit des Aufenthalts sehr wohl. Von Seite des Vermieters ist alles positiv zu sehen, sehr gute Kommunikation. Ich kann dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Zur allerletzt, darf ich nicht vergessen den tollen Pool zu erwähnen. Der Pool ist wirklich eine zusätzlich schöne Sache, der natürlich TOP ist. Wenn´s regnet gibt es eine Art schutz für den Pool. Das Werkzeug für die Reinigung des Pools steht in der Garage. Habe es täglich benutzt. Nur eine kleine Sache, wir waren zu 3 und es gab nur 2 Sonnenliegen. Also eine Sonnenliege von zuhause mittnehmen. Sonnst gibt es nichts zu meckern. Zimmer sind sehr sauber ind die Matratzen in den Betten auch, was für mich sehr wichtig ist. Die Kaution von 400€ wurde natürlich vom Vermieter pünktlich zurückgezahlt. Alles TOP...TOP.. Vielen dank für die wunderschöne Zeit.....
