Welcome to this charming, single-storey contemporary house in Saint-Germain-sur-Ay, just a few minutes from the beaches and unspoilt natural landscapes of the Cotentin’s west coast.
Perfectly designed to accommodate up to six people, this bright, modern house offers the ideal setting for a holiday with family or friends, combining comfort, tranquillity and practicality.
You’ll enjoy a beautiful, open-plan living area that’s welcoming and bathed in light, with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area opening directly onto the garden. The large bay windows invite you to extend your moments of relaxation onto the furnished terrace.
In terms of sleeping arrangements, the house has 3 comfortable bedrooms, as well as 2 bathrooms, offering everyone space and privacy.
Outside, the fully enclosed grounds are ideal for children and pets (up to 2 allowed). A table tennis table is also available for some fun in the open air.
For your comfort: bed linen and towels provided, a pellet stove (pellets included) for a cosy atmosphere all year round, on-site parking (+ garage), available to rent all year round.
Set in a peaceful setting, this house is the perfect base for exploring the unspoilt beaches, coastal paths and treasures of the English Channel.

Prima huis met nette inrichting. Afstand tot de zee is 400mtr. Het strand is bij eb enorm breed. Voor de honden een prachtige omgeving en ze mogen hier gelukkig nog loslopen. De tuin is saai, maar begrijpelijk als er honden zijn toegestaan. Wel is er enige aandacht vereist voor het tuinmeubilair. Vanwege de soms sterke zeewind zou t meubilair wat steviger kunnen. Dat waait weg!

Séjour a St Germain sur Ay

Très bon séjour passé dans cette maison de vacances. Elle est bien entretenue intérieur comme extérieur, tout le nécessaire a été prévu. Plage à 400 m très appréciable. Le seul petit bémol c’est que nous sommes un peu loin de toutes les visites à faire aux alentours. (Barnevill-Carteret, Ste Mère-Eglise, Cherbourg ou encore St Lô)Bien cordialement.
