A beautiful stone house furnished to a high standard, with garden, terrace, swimming pool and beautiful countryside views in a quiet setting. Located 2km from the village with a bar, post office, bakery and small grocery store. 5 km from the town of Excideuil with castle, supermarket, gas station, shops and market. Hiking trails directly in front of the house, leisure center with beach, restaurant and lake at 7km, equestrian center and Vélo-rail at 5km. Several festivals in the surrounding villages during summer. The house includes a large living / dining room with sofa, wood stove, large table with chairs; large kitchen equipped with fridge, freezer, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, washing machine, iron and large table with benches; bathroom. On the first floor there is a second living room with sofa bed, fitted kitchen area and bathroom with shower; and two spacious bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a double bed and a single bed.
