Le Jarrier Apartment is in a rural setting, just 3 kms from our village (St Georges le Gaultier 72130) and a short drive to Fresnay Sur Sarthe with supermarkets, cafes etc. There is a good sized supermarket less than 10 mins drive.
We are located in the very popular Alpes Mancelles with the pretty villages of Saint Leonard des Bois and Saint Céneri-le-Gérei.
What we offer our guests is a private and self contained half of the farmhouse set on the ground and 1st floors, with its own entrance, free parking, large garden with several outdoor seating areas and large gas BBQ. Private TV lounge and dining area with kitchenette. Free Fiber WIFI.
The KITCHENETTE has a dishwasher, 4 ring hob / burner gas stove, fridge, microwave (PLEASE NOTE- NO OVEN).
UK & French WIFI TV in the lounge / dining area with streaming e.g. Netflix
Upstairs, via a spiral staircase are the three bedrooms (one double and two single) and a shower room, again all separate from the main house.
All bedding and towels and also electricity and gas are provided free of charge
PLEASE note:
Strict maximum of 4 guests allowed.
Not suitable for babies, small children / toddlers (MINIMUM AGE 3 years)
- we do not have any child gates on the spiral staircase.

Le Jarrier, Gite and Appartment

Because of circumstances we stayed with family and occupied both properties. They are situated in a rural setting and are ideal for those seeking peace and quiet. The owners were helpful but discreet and our two week stay was a very enjoyable one.
