Gite adjoining another rental and close to a stopover and holiday cottage. Shared unfenced grounds with garden furniture and barbecue. Living room with kitchenette, bedroom 1 (90x190cm bed), shower room with toilet. Upstairs, bedroom 2 (140x190cm bed), bedroom 3 (2 single beds). TV, washing machine, and electric heating are included. Cleaning service is available at an additional cost. Bed linens are available. Located near the Fosse Arthour, a protected natural site ideal for climbing, this cottage benefits from a quality environment. Facing south, the view of the small valley and the woods on the opposite slope is pleasant.

The price does not include: charging for an electric or hybrid vehicle. 1 bedroom on the ground floor, TV, washing machine, microwave, freezer compartment, linens for hire, garden furniture, barbecue, terrace, garden, pets allowed, adjoining property, utilities included.
