Ground floor: living room-kitchen, lounge area, separate WC (washbasin). 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 140x190 cm / 1 double bed 140x190 cm / 2 bunk beds for 1 person), a shower room with closed WC. Washing machine in local shared with the owners. Land, private parking. 3 km from the commercial town of St Genix sur Guiers, at the entrance to a hamlet surrounded by fields and forests, this barn is typical of the region, built in rammed earth using raw earth. Its quality renovation offers all the comforts for a week or a short stay. Two garden furniture are at your disposal, to choose according to the exposure to the sun. A gourmet stopover in Saint-Genix, capital of the cake with delicious red pralines! At the confluence of the Rhône and the Guiers, a region to discover between historical sites, castles and small rural heritage including the Den of Mandrin. A destination conducive to rejuvenation and relaxation, between lake and mountain. Via Rhôna for cyclists at 3 km, Walibi amusement park at 12 km, lakes of Romagnieu at 4 km, Aiguebelette at 21 km, Paladru at 25 km or Bourget du lac at 48 km.
