Welcome to Saint-Genis-des-Fontaines, the perfect place for lovers of nature, hiking and discovering local heritage. You will enjoy the landscapes of the Côte Vermeille, walks in the vineyards or getaways to nearby Spain. The cottage is located on the first floor of a tasting cellar, in an old farmhouse, in the middle of the vineyards, near the active wine-growing estate. On the first floor: - Dining room with kitchenette - Bedroom 1: 1 bed 140x190 - Bedroom 2: 1 bed 140x190 - Bedroom 3: 2 beds 90x190 - Shower room, toilet. The cottage has a semi-enclosed shaded outdoor area with barbecue area and garden furniture. An enclosed storage room for equipment (such as bicycles, etc.). Parking on the property. A cycle path connecting Argelès sur Mer and Le Boulou passes 2 km from the estate and allows you to connect the beaches by bike. The farmer-winegrower owners live on site and will be able to share their experience and knowledge. Less than 20 km from Collioure and the Mediterranean beaches, in an agricultural and wine-growing setting, this simple gîte offers the peace of the countryside, a stone's throw from the main tourist sites of Roussillon.
