Belle villa,bien située, quartier tranquille.Malheureusement beaucoup de détail pas à la hauteur du standing affiché.-pompe piscine extrêmement bruyante-siphon lavabo sale de bain défectueux- lave linge problème de hublo et programme-traces de fuites au plafond cuisine-3 feux sur 4 cuisinière à gaz HS-casseroles obsolètes, couteaux ne coupent pas....- bonde evier cuisine HS-1 chaise longue sur 4 n'est plus inclinable-robinet douche permute dificilement-douche piscine ne fonctionne pas-pas de ventillation dans les salles de bain- douche dans un baignoire avec rideau pas adapté

maison avec emplacement idéal

La villa est situé dans le lotissement des hauts de St François au calme, climatisé dans les chambres les espaces de vie sont agréables surtout l'extérieur avec la piscine. Cependant l'annonce précise accessible au fauteuil roulant, mais non, elle n'est pas de plein de pied à l'entrée ( 2 marches) et les portes font environ 55 cm de passage.
