Bon emplacement mais problème d’eau

Belle résidence, bon emplacement (plage en accès direct, bonne boulangerie à 2 pas) mais problème d’approvisionnement en eau (pas de citerne) : coupure 1 jour sur deux . Nous avons cumulé les désagréments à l’arrivée ( propreté, clim dans une chambre qui ne fonctionne pas, 2ème clim sans télécommande, beaucoup de moustiques enfermés dans les placards). Le proprietaire a été réactif et très correct : réparateur pour la clim le lendemain et 1ère nuit dédommagée. La douche mériterait également d’être rénovée.

Très bel appartement,propre,clair,fonctionnel dans une très jolie résidence, très arborée,deux piscines ,une petite pour les enfants en bas âge et leurs jeunes parents et une grande avec une dizaine de chaises longues.Pendant ces onze jours ,nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Appartement bien agencé et très bien placé, dommage : pas de four, pas de lave-vaisselle et les plaques de cuisson sont bien rouillées. Placards encombrés voire très encombrés, impossible de ranger nos affaires. Nous avons dû faire le ménage en arrivant, nous supposons qu'il n'avait pas dû être fait par les locataires précédents, c'est bien regrettable que le propriétaire n'ait pas contrôlé au préalable. Malgré tout, très bon logement dans un cadre agréable, nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances.

Le proprietaire a "Oublié...

Le proprietaire a "Oublié" de nous signaler que la Climatisation des deux chambres était en panne. Pas d'autre clim. Nous avons eu très chaud. Nous avons demandé un ventilateur, on nous a répondu qu'il suffisait d'ouvrir les fenêtres et les portes mais les cafards, lezards, moustiques entraient. A force d'insister on a fini pour nous ammener un ventilo crade et vieux qui marchait à peine. Le prix était quand même de 600 euros la semaine, NE LOUEZ pas chez eux.
