Le jardin et lâextĂ©rieur correspondent globalement aux photos. Le quartier est agrĂ©able et la vue trĂšs plaisante. MĂȘme si le jardin semble un peu plus abĂźmĂ© quâen photo, il reste apprĂ©ciable et confortable.En revanche, lâaccĂšs Ă lâĂ©tage a prĂ©sentĂ© de vrais risques. Ă notre arrivĂ©e, plusieurs marches Ă©taient bancales et nous pouvions passer Ă travers. Elles ont Ă©tĂ© rĂ©parĂ©es, mais les rĂ©parations nâont pas tenu, ce qui est restĂ© dangereux, surtout avec des enfants.LâintĂ©rieur nâest quasiment pas dĂ©crit dans lâannonce, ce que nous comprenons aprĂšs avoir constatĂ© son Ă©tat. La maison est trĂšs vĂ©tuste, mal isolĂ©e, et lâon entend absolument tout, ce qui rend le sĂ©jour peu adaptĂ© Ă deux familles. Plusieurs Ă©quipements de la cuisine et des placards sont usĂ©s ou fonctionnent mal, ce qui nâest pas cohĂ©rent avec le prix de la location.Les chambres et les salles de bain nĂ©cessitent un vrai rafraĂźchissement. Dans la chambre du fond, le matelas est trĂšs usĂ© et inconfortable. Dans la salle de bain attenante, une fuite provoquait de lâeau au sol et la fenĂȘtre ne sâouvrait pas, crĂ©ant beaucoup dâhumiditĂ©. Dans lâautre salle de bain, il nây avait aucune prise et le pommeau de douche ne fonctionnait presque pas pendant plusieurs jours.De maniĂšre gĂ©nĂ©rale, la maison manque clairement dâentretien et de rĂ©novation. MalgrĂ© les excuses de la conciergerie, ces problĂšmes ont fortement impactĂ© notre sĂ©jour. Nous ne recommandons pas cette location en lâĂ©tat.

Villa ayant une trĂšs belle vue mer et un exterieur agrĂ©able Ă vivre.Dans un environnement trĂšs calme.Florence de la conciergerie qui soccupe de la maison est adorable, professionnelle et trĂšs rĂ©active. Malheureusement, la maison nest pas du tout conforme aux attentes compte tenu de son tarif.La maison nĂ©cessite un gros rafraĂźchissement.De trop nombreuses clayettes impossibles Ă ouvrir, un volet Ă©lectrique trĂšs capricieux, un Ă©vier presque bouchĂ©, une odeur gĂ©nĂ©rale peu agrĂ©able et ceci malgrĂ© les grandes aĂ©rations.Literie pouvant ĂȘtre de meilleure qualitĂ©, des creux sont formĂ©s.Bruit de la pompe de remplissage de la citerne deau dans la chambre du fond malheureusement non couvert par la climatisation.Panne de tĂ©lĂ©. Prises abĂźmĂ©es et/ou mal fixĂ©es cĂŽtĂ© canapĂ© extĂ©rieur.Peinture Ă rafraĂźchir.Tiroirs/porte de la cuisine difficiles Ă fermer. (boutons poussoirs disfonctionnels).Pas de douche extĂ©rieure.Pas de sĂšche linge pour aider Ă sĂ©cher les serviettes avec lhumiditĂ© ambiante.Portail non automatisĂ©.
