Apartment full of charm in one of the most beautiful residences of Guadeloupe! The apartment "The Mabouya" is located in Saint François, Located in an exceptional setting on the heights of St. Francis (it is a former sugar cane plantation). It is at the same time in a very calm and peaceful environment, but also close to everything.

Within the residence you will have access to the 2nd largest pool in Guadeloupe, a spa (extra charge), a bar / restaurant (blue kafé), a tennis court (rental by the hour) and WIFI access. Parking space . The studio is on the 1st floor with lift and is close to 5 beaches: -The beach of the lagoon -The beach of the coulé -The walk to the gourd -The Tarare pass (naturist) -Beach clear grapes. You are also next to the international golf of Saint François, the marina with its restaurants and the casino (evening concert on Saturday evening!).
The apartment has a large terrace with direct views of the pool. It is oriented to the east. Breakfast enjoys sunrise and in the evening you are protected from the sun and heat. The terrace is well ventilated.
The apartment has an entrance with a large wardrobe. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a washing machine. The toilets are independent. The housing has a tank of 300 liters (in Guadeloupe the water cuts are unfortunately frequent!), a king size bed and a sofa bed. It is not suitable for young children.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi.
